The apartment is on the top floor (3rd floor) of a new and modern complex building with its own grounds. The building was part of a prestigious development commanding a very high purchase price when it was built 4 years ago.

This large holiday apartment in Golfe Juan is just off the Promenade. From leaving the apartment complex, it is a couple of minutes walk to the underground passageway which leads onto the Promenade. There are plenty of shops, restaurants and bars within a few minutes walk.

The train station for Golfe Juan is a five minute walk away from the rental apartment and you can be in Nice within 20 minutes by train in one direction, and it is 5 minutes to Cannes in the other direction. Antibes is less than a 10 minute train ride away.
For a family holiday, you are within a 15 minute drive to Aquasplash (the water park on the French Riviera) and to Marineland.

On top of the above amenities and all necessary kitchen equipment, we provide a Brita water filter, an iron and ironing board, a clothes dryer, a high speed hairdryer and an alarm clock.

The living area has a large corner sofa with a coffee table. For entertainment, there is a full SKY package connected to the 40 inch LCD TV. Guests can also use the Wi-Fi connection. Perfect for entertaining, there is a bar that separates the kitchen from the living area and from the bar and the living area, you can still enjoy the dazzling views of the Mediterranean. We expect that most guests will want to enjoy al-fresco dining whilst enjoying the view, but if preferred there is a more formal glass table with seating for six.

The kitchen is equipped with modern units with a dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. As you might expect with an apartment with its own built in bar, there is a huge American fridge with an ice-machine. The kitchen leads onto the smaller terrace at the back of the apartment.

The three bedrooms are similar in size and look. The main bedroom has a double bed and bedside lamps and a fitted wardrobe with sliding doors. The bedroom next to this has two single beds and bedside lamps and a fitted wardrobe with sliding doors. Both bedrooms have double glazed windows leading out onto a small terrace.

The bedroom at the front of the building has a double bed and leads out onto the larger terrace and the gorgeous sea view. There are drawers and reading lamps and a wardrobe across the corridor.
All the bedrooms are fitted with their own air-conditioning unit.

The bathroom has a bath with shower over. There is a vanity unit. A separate WC is next door to the bathroom.
