The apartment is on the first floor of a large well maintained building with a lift. The building is very impressive with a small fountain at the entrance and marble and mirrored hallways inside. The building leads out onto impressive grounds with fountains and well kept gardens and flowerbeds. There is also a private walkway to the beach following an underground walkway at the bottom of this luxury complex.

This holiday apartment is situated in a renowned luxury residence known as "Le Lido" in Cros-de-Cagnes, in between St-Laurent-du-Var and Cagnes-sur-Mer. You can enjoy large peaceful and fantastically maintained grounds, fountains for the sheer hell of it, and luxury shared pools, not forgetting the private walkway to the beach.
There are great restaurants all around and plenty of shops in Cros de Cagnes village just a few minutes walk away. A particular favourite Michelin Starred Riviera Restaurant, Lou Lou,

is a three minute walk away.

As soon as you enter the apartment you are met with the sunny outlook from the three large patio windows. The whole apartment (save for the bedroom) is floored in marble and fitted to a very high standard. There is a white leather sofa bed, large white console table and a 32 inch LCD TV. There is also a small glass desk for those who might want to work or surf the web whilst on holiday. Wi-Fi is available.

Outside there is a large sunny terrace with a stone dining table and four chairs, a rattan sofa, two armchairs and a coffee table. Perfect to enjoy those sunny evenings.

The kitchen has real wood units, a large ceramic sink, large range oven, washing machine and fridge freezer. There is also a kettle and all the necessary utensils, pans, and glassware to prepare full meals for up to six people.

The large bedroom has fitted wardrobes with plenty of hanging space, and like the living area, both have electric shutters at the patio windows and reverse cycle air-conditioning. There is a king size bed, two bedside tables, lamps, a chest of drawers and an armchair.

The shower room has a shower cubicle, large wash basin encased in a marble surround with mirror over and vanity unit below and toilet.
