This is the ideal holiday location in the heart of Old Nice. Rue Barillerie is just one street back from the famous Cours Saleya flower market. As soon as you step out of the door, you have the Fougasse bakery at your feet. One street down brings you to the Cours Saleya, one more brings you to the beach and renowned Promenade des Anglais. This holiday rental apartment is a great base to enjoy all the Old Town has to offer. The main bus station (for the Airport bus and transport links all over the Côte d'Azur) is a five minute walk through the old town. The Port is also five minutes away.

The living area has a large comfortable corner sofa upholstered in fawn with an array of complementary cushions. There is also a large wooden coffee table and a light for reading. Set back in the living area is a 32 inch LCD display with a DVD player with a selection of recent released DVDs. Next to the TV you will find a large mirrored cupboard with hanging space and clothes storage. Wi-fi internet access is also available from this apartment.

The kitchen comprises of buttercup coloured units holding all glassware and pans, a dark grey worktop with a dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment and stainless steel oven underneath. There is a hob and an extractor fan. Opposite the kitchen is a large solid wood dining table and four high backed brown leather chairs. A large wooden cabinet next to the table holds a complete dinner service as well as all the utensils you will need.

The two bedrooms lead off the living area. The bedrooms are styled with reproduction French period furniture making them elegant yet modern. Both rooms have a double bed with headboards, bedside drawers, chest of drawers, and a mirror. Both rooms have typical French shutters to block out the light. The wardrobes for both bedrooms are found in the living area.

The bathroom is fully tiled in a light blue mosaic with a black border. There is a large shower cubicle with glass shower screen, a wash basin with vanity unit under and mirror over and a toilet. A washing machine is tucked away in the corner of the room.
