Avenue Notre Dame, just off Avenue Jean Médecin, is right in the heart of Nice’s main shopping district. Good restaurants are on your doorstep. All of the major places in Nice, including the Old Town and the Promenade are a 15 minute walk away. This is also a great apartment if you plan to tour around the Cote d’Azur as the train station is just a ten minute walk away.

The living and kitchen area is open plan with a large black leather sofa and two easy chairs. The room is well decorated with a large black glass coffee table, a black console unit supporting a 20 inch screen TV and Hi-Fi/DVD player. The apartment benefits from Wi-Fi and French cable TV.

The gloss red units and grey worktops are the features of this stylish kitchen. The kitchen features an integrated dishwasher, microwave, halogen hob and oven. A great touch is the kitchen island, with three black chrome bar stools, which serves as the dining area. There is also a very large fridge-freezer.

Long, but narrow, the bedroom has ample space for a 5 drawer chest, a king size bed, two black bedside tables with reading lamps and a large rug. It is extremely well furnished with opulent wallpaper and cushions, rugs and throws. French doors leading onto a small balcony with chairs. The only drawback is that the bed spans the whole width of the room and you cannot walk around it. So you need to go over the bed to get to the balcony.

Situated between the bathroom and living area there is a dressing room with a large wardrobe, dressing table with mirror and chair and a tall lamp.

There is a large double wash basin, shower cubicle and a tall towel radiator. The washing machine is also stored here. Another positive feature of this bathroom is the natural light. There is a separate WC near the entrance to the apartment.
