Living Area

The sweeping living and dining room is situated at the front of the apartment and is bathed in natural light from the two double, full length windows that open onto Juliette balconies. This room benefits from original parquet flooring and has been finished with carefully selected sculptures, artwork and furniture that give this property its subtle yet refined style.

There are two brown leather sofas along with two chairs, modern glass coffee table, TV and DVD player and dining table that seats six, there is also integrated, reversible air-conditioning.

Kitchen

The modern kitchen is situated just off the main living room and also benefits from original parquet flooring. There is an oven, four-ring ceramic hob, microwave, full size fridge freezer and dishwasher. There is also plenty of space in the light wood cupboards for storage.

There is a utility room just off the hallway that holds the washing machine.

Bedrooms

The first and largest bedroom is situated at the back of the apartment and has the added advantage of a tree lined view from the traditional double windows. Here you can sit and enjoy your morning coffee with fresh air and shade on one of the two vintage Italian leather chairs.

There is a king size bed, bedside tables and reading lamps either side and custom built fitted full length wardrobes that provide plenty of storage space. There is also air-conditioning.

The second bedroom is smaller in size but certainly does not lack in style. More unique and timeless furniture and artwork decorate this room and the original, 1920's, antique chandelier adds another touch of luxury.

There is a double bed, bedside tables and reading lamps either side, two original, antique Louis XVI armchairs and a chest of drawers. A single wardrobe has also been added since the photos were taken.

How to get there
From the Airport

From the Train Station

By Car

Visit our transport page for full tram, taxi and bus information. Our recommendation from either T1 or T2 is the tram, transfer or taxi.

The Line 2 Tram from either T1 or T2. Fare ride is 1.50€ and takes approximately 20 minutes. Trams generally run every six minutes. Disembark at the Alsace Lorraine tram stop and it’s a six minute walk to the apartment. Alternatively, stay on the tram one more stop to Jean Medecin if you would like to be met at the tram stop, from where it's an eight minute walk.

We can meet you outside the apartment building, or at the Jean Medecin tram stop at street level by the lift, as you prefer.

A transfer with keys, booked through our site, will guarantee you an early check-in of 13:00 and will be a pleasant 20 minute ride. You will be picked up in the arrival terminal by the driver holding a name card, who is in possession of your keys. See our TRAVEL EXTRAS PAGE or select at checkout.

Taxis can be picked up at either terminal.

If you are coming to Nice from somewhere else in France, we recommend you take an SNCF train to Gare Nice Ville.

From the station, we suggest if your luggage is not too heavy, to simply walk to your apartment as the trams do not pass very close to the apartment and it's only a six minute walk. When you leave the Gare, turn right and follow Avenue Thiers, until you come to Rue Guiglia. Follow this street for approximately three minutes.

A transfer with keys, booked through our site, will guarantee you an early check-in of 13:00 and will be a five minute ride. You will be picked up in the arrival terminal by the driver holding a name card, who is in possession of your keys. See our TRAVEL EXTRAS PAGE or select at checkout.

As it is only four to five minutes by car, local taxi drivers may be reluctant to accept the fare.

See our transport page for more info.

Driving in Nice can be a challenge. We strongly advise GPS or a very good map. A nearby car park in the Musiciens area is Parking Mozart at 11 Avenue Auber and requires a walk of about three minutes. We will send you a GPS reference and full address with your arrival details.

Unfortunately, you can expect to pay up to 30€ a day for parking in central locations.
