Floor/Building
The apartment is on the first floor of a prestigious building; there is a gated entrance, a pretty courtyard, and a lift (alternatively, guests can takes the stairs - it is only 21 steps to the apartment). Guests should note that there are a few stairs to climb before the lift can be accessed. Given that it is set back from the road, this is one of the quieter apartments in our portfolio, a real bonus considering the very central location.
Neighbourhood
Just off Jean Medicin, at the start of the prestigious Boulevard Victor Hugo, this apartment is well located next to some of the best hotel addresses in Nice. It is a ten minute walk to the beach and Old Town, while the shopping district of Avenue Jean Médecin is just a few steps away.

The tram stops just minutes from your front door, and the main Nice Ville train station is under 15 minutes away on foot, making the whole of the French Riviera easily accessible.

Parking Louvre at 20 Boulevard Victor Hugo is another option for parking near to the apartment and requires a walk of about three minutes. We will send you a GPS reference and full address with your arrival details.
