Floor/Building
The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a well-maintained building. There is a lift, which allow four people, however we do not think that most unfolded pushchairs or wheelchairs will fit. If you choose to climb the stairs you will count xx before you reach the 2nd floor.
Neighbourhood
According to a New York Times article this area between Place Garibaldi and Nice’s port 'has emerged as the arty-cool district par excellence.' It has really developed with the introduction of the tram and has a new vibrant feel. For locals, it has become the trendy place to be with lots of great bars, cafés and restaurants, though we're sure that it won't take long for the tourists to discover it.
Place Garibaldi – a beautiful square lined with typical French cafes and restaurants is just two minutes away. Soak up the atmosphere while sharing a meal in the sun or a lazy aperitif. Here you will find 'Monoprix' a supermarket where you can find most your essential items and also the tram stop which gives you easy access to the rest of Nice.
From the apartment, you have the benefit of only been five minutes away on foot from both the hustle and bustle of the old town and the picturesque Port. To walk to the Promenade des Anglais will take you about 15 minutes.

Living Area
The polished marble floors reflect the light to the open plan living area, which is decorated in sharp white and art work to accentuate modern living. Two French doors open onto a balcony that wraps round and overlooks internal courtyard. The balcony holds with a round table and chairs to seat two comfortably. There is a comfortable three seater sofa, coffee table, armchair and flat screen TV. There is also a large dining table suitable for up to four people.
Kitchen
Forming a part of the living and dining room the kitchen is stylish white and contemporary. It has been finished with a custom made work top. It is equipped with all the basic appliances, four-ring hob, oven, microwave, full sized fridge freezer and dishwasher, along with the added addition of a wine rack.
Bedrooms
Clever use of the space provides a compact bedroom with a king size bed and two wardrobes with drawers and hanging space. Bedside lamps come with space for phone or a morning in bed cup of tea. Decorated in lavender and sage colours give the bedroom relaxed feel. French doors lead onto the balcony.
Bathroom
The bathroom is decorated with elegant marbled grey tiles and there is a separate WC. There is a walk-in shower and wash basin with vanity unit and mirror. The WC has a wash basin.
