Staying in a Riviera Pebbles Apartment in Juan-Les-Pins
The legendary seaside resort of Juan-les-Pins is a lively and glamorous holiday spot, perfect for couples and families alike.
Whilst quiet in the winter, Juan-les-Pins springs to life in the summer and welcomes tourists from all corners of the world. This part of the coast is especially popular with Parisians and other French tourists who come to bask in the luxury of the Côte d’Azur for their summer holidays.
Juan-les-Pins has everything you’d want out of a seaside village; shops, restaurants and games for the kids, or late and lively fun in the local bars. Lazy days on the beach drift into balmy summer nights here, you can’t help being seduced by Juan-les-Pins.
The golden, sandy beach stretches the length of Juan-les Pins until you reach Golfe-Juan, the next stop on the coastal road. The large public beach is busy during the summer, but who can blame the tourists and locals who flock to this gorgeous sandy beach; perfect for families with children who love to play in the sand.
In the evening a large part of the beach is taken up with restaurants and laid back bars. Parasols and sun worshippers give way to comfy sofas and diners looking for the perfect end to another day on the Riviera. All of our rental apartment guests should try and spend an evening here sipping a cool glass of rosé and enjoying the view of the bay of Cannes and the Lérins Islands.
If your idea of heaven is relaxing on a golden, sandy beach, Juan-les-Pins won’t disappoint. There is a selection of public and private beaches to choose from. The public beach is large and well maintained, it’s one of our favourites on the Riviera, but if you’re feeling flush, treat yourself to a day on one of the exclusive private beaches. You’ll be spoilt for choice with many providing sun beds and parasols for shade and a bar and restaurant area in the evening. The
Bijou Plage is a popular dining spot and you can enjoy a day on their private beach for only € 13, much cheaper than Nice or Cannes. One of the best beach bars is Helios private beach by day with adjoining restaurant and cool beach bar by night - again with a complete dinner menu should you wish to dine under the stars with the sound of the tide lapping at the shore.
Les Pecheurs is situated on the edge of Juan-les-Pins and the natural haven of the Cap d’Antibes. The setting is idyllic. In the evening, you can either enjoy a relaxing meal or party into the night with the jet set.
You can’t get a more romantic setting than the restaurants on the beach. Enjoy a meal or aperitif on the sand watching the sun set over the Mediterranean, the perfect way to end your day! Try Douce, Le Cap or Colombier.
In summer you can take an after-dinner stroll along the Promenade du Soleil and browse the evening market stalls selling jewellery and other gifts.
