We understand that our guests can sometimes feel a bit disorientated and all over the place, especially if it’s your first time in Nice. Luckily, Nice is an easy city to navigate around when the unexpected happens, and we’re also here to help if needed.

Hospitals
If you feel you need to visit a hospital but do not need an ambulance, Hospital Pasteur situated at 30 Voie Romaine has an accident and emergency room open 24 hours. It is at the end of the tramway about 15 minutes from the old town.
International Dialling Codes
If you find yourself needing to call somebody from a non-French mobile phone, you must enter the following dialling codes instead of the 0 for your call to go through. This is also applicable when calling one of our reps to organise your meet and greet.
When calling a French number add: 00 33
German number add: 00 49
Irish number add: 00 53
Australian: 00 61
Russian: 00 7
USA: 00 1
Lost Property
Unfortunately, items can go missing whilst on holiday. Please follow this link, if you believe you have lost an item at the airport. Fill out the enquiry form and the airport will be in touch with you within 48 hours. If you have lost an item more than 2 weeks ago, the airport transfers all lost property to Nice’s main lost and found department situated at 42 Rue Dabray, 04.91.13.44.10. Please call or take a visit here if you believe you have lost an item anywhere other than the airport.

Currency Exchange
We recommend exchanging your pounds to euros before arriving to Nice as if you do it here, you will receive a lower rate than what you would normally in England. There are many currency exchanges in Nice. Here are a few we recommend:
Ria Exchange, 25 Rue d’Italie.
BNC Change, 17 Avenue Jean Medecin.
Change de la Pietonne. 2 Rue de France.
Alternatively, you can withdraw money from an ATM any time you need it, however some banks charge an extortionate price.
Emergency services
It is more than likely you will not need to use these numbers during your Pebbles holiday, however lets rather be safe than sorry. 112 is the French equivalent of dialling 999 or 911. Call 18 for the Pompiers (firemen), 17 for the Police or 15 for an ambulance. Please note these are for emergencies only.
After reading this we are sure you are prepped with all the information needed if you find yourself in a bit of a sticky situation, but of course we hope your holiday runs smoothly. Don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any further queries.
