Riviera Pebbles Blog: Making the most from your Nice apartment

At Pebbles, all our guests are VIPs – that’s very important Pebbles. You lovely bunch are also unique and we know one service does not fit all. We always try and go the extra mile to ensure your holiday needs are fulfilled. As well as being on-hand for all queries by phone and email, guests are more than welcome to pop into our office located at 32 rue Tonduti de l'Escarene to ask any questions; whether it be about your Pebbles apartment or local information.

Late check-outs & baggage storage.

After reviewing guest feedback, we decided to make some big changes to our check in and check out policy that we think you will love. In November 2018, we launched our new policy which means it’s now standard to check-out at 12:00 noon (previously 10:30 am). If you want to stay longer than 12 noon, then we can now accommodate, months in advance, later check-out options. You can reserve (for a small fee) a check out time of up to 14:00, 16:00 or even 19:00. You can book on our Travel Extras page up to five days before arrival.

It’s also possible to guarantee a 13:00check in time (previously 16:00) when you opt for the Hello&Go arrival option (pick up keys from our office) or a transfer with keys (driver meets you at the train station or airport with keys and takes you to the apartment you have booked). We can offer you the 1pm (or earlier if we can accommodate) check in time for these options because it doesn’t affect the standard Meet and Greet schedule. Of course, we’ll still work hard to try and welcome our guests in earlier than 16:00 when they choose the standard Meet and Greet option, but priority will be given for housekeeping to the other packages, so as ever, we can only guarantee 16:00 when opting for the standard Meet and Greet.

For all option, you are still welcome to leave your bags at our office should you prefer. We know every day of a holiday is much too precious to be lugging bags around.

When our office is closed, all guests have the option of storing luggage at the Luggage Hero on the same street as our office. There’s a fee to pay to the Luggage Hero for this option.

Many guests ask us what we can provide as extras during their stay with us. All extras can be reserved from the MY PEBBLES guest area during booking or can alternatively be delivered (for a fee) or collected whilst you are here in Nice. Prices for extras may vary depending on the location of the property, size of beds and number in your party. Your MY PEBBLES account will give accurate prices when we know more about your booking with us.
